Industrial Powder Coatings are electrostatically applied through batch operations. Standard operations include four manual guns.

Fluidize Bed application of powder: Parts of 4'x 4' x 2' tall

Oven sizes are up to 20' long x 7' wide x 9' high
Maximum extended length is 24'-0" long (single part)
Max oven temperature is 550 Degrees F.

All items are pre-cleaned to a minimum standard of SSPC-SP5
Maximum weight for single parts is limited to 2,500 lbs each
Powders applied include Hybrids, Epoxy, Urethanes and Polyesters.
We generally rotate a stock of 100 in-house colors.

Powder application is performed two shifts per day with a third shift available for surge production requirements.

Packing of finished parts are performed using standard commercial methods or finish packed in accordance with customers requirements for direct shipping.
