1. Field superintendent—Must have 5-years-plus of field experience in the blasting and painting trade. Must be willing to travel. Responsibility will vary depending on job but at a minimum will be responsible for a crew of 2–20 persons.
   
   
2. Shop Painter—2 Years experience in application of specialty protective coatings in a spray booth environment. Electrostatic is a plus. General personal safety and risk assessment a plus. Coatings include zinc, epoxy and urethanes.
   
   
3. Field painter—2 years experience.
   
   
4. Metalizing Applicator—2 years experience.
   
   
5. Blasters—2 years minimum experience required.

* Any applicant with related experience including, truck driving, mechanical skills are a plus.
